Overall a nice hotel, however the rooms have paper thin walls and you can hear people in other rooms using the bathroom, talking or walking. Noise from outside woke us up early in the morning with the hotel’s delivery drivers playing loud heavy metal music outside our window. Room was very clean however the bathroom could have been cleaned better.

Our room was perfect, great location and the staff were incredibly helpful. We had some issues with our rental car from France after checkout and the staff were able to help us get it sorted, saving us a lot of time and hassle.

My wife and I spent a quick night here on our way from Paris to Amsterdam, and we both wished we could have stayed longer. We decided to walk from the train station and it was a very manageable 25 minute walk right through the heart of Bruges. The location is just outside of the city center, so it made it very convenient to get to shopping and dining, but felt so quiet and quaint. Very cool old hotel with lots of history and we absolutely loved it. Staff was extremely friendly and attentive and the bar and breakfast were outstanding. Highly recommend!
