This hotel was like taking a step back in time, very charming and with great historical significance. Room were very nice, furnished to match the hotels age but offing modern conveniences. a very romantic location for couples and located in the heart of Bruges. when you tour the city and take canal rides, this hotel is prominently featured. The staff took care of everything, including complementary coffee delivered to your room every morning at your convenience. Pay a little more and experience Bruges the right way.

From the moment we walked in until the moment we left, the whole hotel staff were wonderful, and the room, lobby and premises were magical. We had a room with a view of the canal; and then also took the canal tour so we could see it from the water. I would highly recommend if you want to experience something special.

This is a wonderful, hotel in the heart of Brugge. The area is so picturesque and our historical hotel was featured on souvenirs and postcards. How fun! The location was absolutely perfect. Just a few blocks to the square, canal boat rides around the corner, restaurants and shopping just out the front door. We took a 12 euro cab ride both to and from the train station because of our luggage, but it would be walkable. So glad that we chose Hotel Relais Bourgondisch!
