Wow. This stay felt special from the moment we arrived. The lady who seems to run it could not have been nicer, really warm genuine and friendly, she showed us around the hotel and made a real effort to make our stay perfect, even showing us the room in bruges was filmed in. Breakfast was so peaceful and the interior decor was just beautiful. Rooms were great, bed comfy, products were lovely and overall the peace and serenity of the whole hotel elevated it from other less expensive options i have stayed in before. Well worth it.

This was an exceptional hotel and made our time in Bruges magical! Our room was romantic with beautiful views of the canal. Breakfast was delicious and offered so many options. The staff were incredibly helpful and friendly. We would highly recommend this hotel!

I was greeted by the loveliest person, I beleive was named Sabrina. My room was ready ahead of time, was so charming, clean & comfortable. It’s the perfect location to live out a fairytale stay! I personally think the breakfast is worth it as well.

This hotel was like taking a step back in time, very charming and with great historical significance. Room were very nice, furnished to match the hotels age but offing modern conveniences. a very romantic location for couples and located in the heart of Bruges. when you tour the city and take canal rides, this hotel is prominently featured. The staff took care of everything, including complementary coffee delivered to your room every morning at your convenience. Pay a little more and experience Bruges the right way.

From the moment we walked in until the moment we left, the whole hotel staff were wonderful, and the room, lobby and premises were magical. We had a room with a view of the canal; and then also took the canal tour so we could see it from the water. I would highly recommend if you want to experience something special.
