The hosts were lovely, the grounds and venue are pretty but the room was tired. The bed was squeaky and uncomfortable, no tv in the room, no shampoo or conditioner only a men’s 2 in 1. I felt this was overpriced for a room in a house. I was also charged the double rate instead of the single and no refund was offered.

Didn't like poor in-room maintenance of equipment like heat pump. Didn't like having only one key to the room when there were two of staying. King size bed was zipped combination of two mattresses and was not comfortable because of that.
Personel did well, were attentive and helpful. Dining room was good.

Clean spacious room, and a fantastic shower!! I appreciated the carparking under cover as it was pouring with rain when I arrived!!

Polite staff on arrival. Comfy bed, room nice and clean. Was on the ground floor, perhaps a room on a level up may of been better, will do next time. Great location Right across the road from the lake which was lovely, and an easy walk into town.
