The young lady that checked up in was very nice and accommodating. There was at least one thing not right about our rooms (we had three as this was a family trip) and she did her best to make things right. There was another man there that should probably consider changing jobs. He wasn't very friendly and didn't seem to like people very much. Not great when you work at a motel. I don't think I would recommend this motel unless you are planning a 1 night stay.

The whole property was shabby and uninviting. The walls are very thin. The breakfast was basic. There was no coffee. Won't stay there again.

This motel is old and shabby. Keep scrolling. I know the price is reasonable. It's close to Silver Dollar City, but it's not a good place to stay. Spend an extra $50 and get a lot better experience.

This is the 3rd time we've stayed at the Crestview Inn. The rooms have always been clean and the beds are comfortable. If you're going to Silver Dollar City it's approximately a 5-7 minute drive. We will continue to stay here when we're in town.

The room was perfect: clean room and bathroom. The room had a big refrigerator, microwave, and extra sink with a garbage disposal. It was perfect for our stay and our chihuahua enjoyed it as well. The staff was friendly and accommodating. We will definitely stay here again.

If you are looking to spend more money on attractions than lodging then this is an ideal place. Front Desk manager was extremely helpful with check in and was pleased to offer us a room upgrade. He greeted us at breakfast each day and genuinely wanted to know what we were doing that day. The room was clean and bed was very comfortable. The shower has weak pressure but managed to get my hair washed and rinsed. The tub bottom is slippery so we went to Dollar General to get a bath mat. We bought better towels as well. We had a non smoking room that someone had smoked in before. You could smell it a bit and the sheets had 2 burn holes. Worst part was the cleaning lady smoked like a chimney and that smell lingered after she left. Sprayed my perfume to mask it for a few hours. Breakfast was not good. Make your own waffles and hard biscuits and tasteless gravy did not make for a great breakfast. So if that meal is important to you then spend a little more on the hotel to make sure they have a full continental breakfast. Overall, I absolutely recommend this hotel to budget conscious travelers. A comfortable bed and friendly, engaging staff made this trip enjoyable.
