condo on Table Rock lake

The co do has a beautiful view of the lake. It is a convenient spot in regards to Silver Dollar City and Branson. Only about 35-40 minutes for. dogwood Canyon. We could also see the fireworks at Silver Dollar city from our balcony!

Carpet is stained. Bathroom tiles are broken. Holes in one of the bathroom doors. Place really needs an upgrade. No mattress pads on the beds. Beds very old and cheap and soft. I took pictures. Paint chipped in places. Not a lot of light in master bedroom even with lamps. Smelled musty.

My husband and I have stayed at many different properties over the years so I feel like we know when an effort is being made to make the condo comfortable. This condo was clean and had all the basics. However, it was November and very cold. There were no blankets on the beds so we had to call the office and request some. The condo sleeps six but there were only four coffee cups and four cheap plastic cereal bowls. The sofa bed was not comfortable because you could feel the springs. There were no directions on how to access the condo other than the code to obtain the keys. We had to call the office to find out which key to use and how to turn the door knob. This could have easily been included in the instructions sent to us and saved us a lot of confusion and frustration. Once we knew how it was easy to gain access to the condo. There was only one light fixture in the room next to the master bedroom and the light bulb was burned out. It was the consensus of everyone in our party that we would not want to rent this condo again.
