Had thre days of alarms going off and two nights. I kept calling and they did send someone up each time replacing batteries to have it keep going off. Took me to climb chair to check the large detector to see that one was bad. Called for probably 5/6th time to let them know they were changing wrong detector. They changed battery which I was confused when they said batteries were from 2017 but got my first night since being there a good nights sleep. Could not believe management didn't compensate us in anyway. The maintenance people even said they could hear the beeping outside the door. It was that loud. Thing is also when starting fire in fireplace we would smell fumes and not sure if they have something to take that outside. So we tired not to use but one reason why I got room. They did tell me this room should have celing detector in both rooms with the carbon dioxide detectors which it didnt. Now all that being said it was a nice veiw and room and loved beds which we so soft. Would I stay again I would but make sure alarms have new batteries.

No breakfast, they come with a kitchen with all the appliances, it’s a true home away from home. It’s full furniture you just bring your own groceries and laundry soap, also bring hand soap they supply the dish soap and pods for the dishwasher. We are regular’s here. At least 3 times a year. Easter, Summer and Christmas.

Have stayed here multiple times. Always clean and well kept. Only down fall is the indoor swimming pool has been “under construction” since we first stayed there in 2021.

This was an excellent place to stay when going to Silver Dollar City! The free shuttle to & from the park was a huge perk! Staff is super friendly & helpful. The pizza & coffee shop on site were delicious! The unit was clean & comfortable. We really loved the hot tub & fireplace. The only negative was the units are not very sound proof. We could hear our neighbors on both sides of us quite clearly in our living room. However, we had a great time & would definitely stay again!!
