What a great place to stay

We had a wonderful time at Still Waters resort. The room was very clean, comfortable , and quiet. Had a good view of the lake. The amenities were good. Had two places to eat for a reasonable price. We had the pizza and it was delicious. It was only 15-25 minutes away from everything we had planned to do in Branson. Our plan is to stay there again on our next trip there.

Great stay!

We had a wonderful 2-day stay at this resort. Many things to do for both kids and adults. Room was clean and comfortable. Everything was easily accessible. Highly recommend enjoying a nice late summer night at the outdoor cocktail bar "Thirsty's"....very nice ambience, relaxing, not a mosquito in sight!

Good but not great

This property has great potential. Pros: close to everything, on the water, choice of pools, upcoming water park (tho it’s been under construction for 3 years), food truck/drink area for relaxing nights. Cons: Our true issue was the condition of the rooms appliances and lack of wares. The dishwasher was falling out of the cavity and not operable. The dryer front panel is falling off and lint filter won’t stay in. Only a few pieces of silverware. No back up on garbage bags, paper towels, toilet paper. There was coffee machine supplies but no coffee maker. Picnic tables out front were rotted and falling apart. Chairs on patio broken (one was not able to be used). Screen to balcony falling off track All in all our stay was good. With a little attention to detail this could be a fantastic family resort.

Nice place for our short stay

Nice place to stay. Did not use lake amenities unfortunately. Had a 2 bed room in buiding F. Not a condo. Super close to all the amenities. It was fine for our stay. Pizza from Pizza World on site was amazing. Mini golf was fun. Pools were neat. Hot tubs were always full. Game room was fine. Overall, it was a nice stay. Might come back for longer to enjoy the lake someday.

The property is an older condo property. With that being said, location was amazing and beds were comfortable. Only downfall was the persistent trying to sell a membership. After I told them several times I wasn’t interested in any type of “tour” which I was told was around 2 hrs. They finally told me about a comeback deal and it sounded amazing and as I go to put my card in to pay the NONREFUNDABLE deposit they mention the tour will be the first day I check in. Makes me not want to come back and to never recommend it. Otherwise it was fine. Rooms are older but clean and they do shuttle plays there are food trucks on site.

Awesome place for all ages

We stayed here with our 4 girls ages 8,10,14,16 and they all loved it. We stayed in the J complex which had 2 bedrooms and 2 bathrooms plus a full size fold down bed in the living room! There are 3 pools at the resort 2 with water slides. Also for free you can use kayaks, paddle boards, and tricycle bikes on the water. They also have pontoon and jet skies on site that you can rent! We done more swimming in the lake then we did the pools. Minus the stomping people above us and the very firm king size bed this was definitely a trip to remember and the kids all had fun which was the main point of the trip. There are several food trucks available and a pizza place on site as well.

We absolutely loved our stay at Still Waters Resort. Initially booked a double queen bed standard room but there was an issue with the plumbing they needed to work on so front desk staff called us and apologized for the inconvenience. The upgraded us to a 2 bedroom condo with a king ang 2 queen beds for free. Our kids were so excited to have their own beds. It was so spacious and the deck was really nice. The staff were all really nice as well. The swimming pools were amazing and all the other activities were nice. We definitely will plan to stay again.

Pros and Cons. Would stay again! We just stayed 5 nights and used the resort as our hub for our Ozark vacation. Cons: -No lifeguards at the pools. There is staff, but they’re not lifeguards and often not watching the pool. Must bring your own life jackets if you want them in the pools! (We always bring ours) -Lightning causes the pools to close, at least temporarily. This is by no means their fault, but heat lightning was present most days we were there resulting in the outdoor pools to close for 30 min - 2 hours at a time. They currently have no indoor pools as an alternative. -The garbage bags they provide in the rooms are super thin. This is a weird complaint, but we had a full bag burst open and we had to clean it up. Tbh e replacement bags they had were much better/thicker. Pros: -Great location for a lot of attractions -We got a one bedroom room with pullout couch for the kids. It was enough space for 5 nights and little kids. We had a full kitchen in the room, with a dishwasher and washer/dryer! The balcony worked great for drying off suits, life jackets, towels. -There are 3 pool areas on the property. They’re small but the kids enjoyed all of them. -The dock and lake activities were awesome. My kids tried the aqua bikes, paddle boards, kayaks, and fishing. My 5 year old said “this is the best day of my life!” when we were on the dock. It’s a very large dock, lots of space, pretty area. -Plenty of parking in front of our building -The send texts about pool closures

Condo was clean and updated. Minimal supplies provided in the kitchen - being your own dish soap, etc. they only gave us 2 rolls of toilet paper for a week stay and we had to buy more. The walls were paper thin. I could hear every word our neighbors said and knew what they were watching on tv. Pools were freezing cold despite the fact that it had been in the 90’s for 2 weeks straight. Felt like they were drained every night and refilled with a garden hose. Even the kids were leaving the pools because they were too cold. Key cards are super sensitive and have to be carried nowhere near credit cards; smart phones, etc. we got locked out of our room despite being very careful (card was alone in my pocket with my phone in the opposite pocket). When I finally got a shuttle to drive us to the office (no staff member anywhere else on the property could tell me who to call to get a new key despite the face that this is apparently a common, known issue) the person who finally came Out of the back to help (after I shouted hello several times) was rude to us and told us it was our fault. When I pointed out that I had been diligent about keeping it away from my phone she tried to say it was because I was using the card with a smart watch on. For the kind of money we paid I’d expect way better service. No one apologized or offered any way to make it right. I could go on and on but the bottom line is we’ll never go back and I don’t recommend it.
