I was woke up at 10:45 at night to the neighbors banging on the adjoining door. Maintenance entered that adjoining door and when i asked what he was doing he closed the door and knocked on my front door,entered and then went thru the adjoining door to the neighbors. I complained and was told the manager would call me. After 6 hours of waiting i called the manager who stated they were at least trying to make one customer happy. The neighbor ended up leaving. We have been staying there every year at the same time period for at least 6 years or more. I would have thought we would at least get a discount for that night of being scared out of my mind and inconvienced but all i was told was they wanted to at least make one customer happy. Probably wont be back.

No breakfast, no view, condo carpet was dirty, bathtub dirty, furniture ruined, hole in bedroom door. It snowed and they didn't put anything on the stairs so we would slip. Our room was on the top and why would you put 4 people over 60 on the top. We had to carry all our stuff up 2 flights of stairs. There were maybe 5 other families there. Just the absolute worst place we have ever stayed in. We traveled from NY for our 40th Anniversary and we were very disappointed. The website made it look so nice but not so. The "restaurant" was a food truck. All the amenities were closed.

I had to go get my own sheets from the front desk to change the bedding after my 2 year old had an accident. Then, I had to change the bed, and bring up the spoiled linens as I was told there is no housekeeping. We've never stayed at a hotel before that has not offered any kind of housekeeping, even just dropping off towels or sheets for us! And we requested them during normal hours (10.30 in the morning, and then had to come again after we got back from the parks because no new linens or towels were dropped off as we were told they would "try".) Also, there is no additional lock on the doors, just the one by the knob. Usually hotel doors are super heavy and auto shut, but this door was very light weight and would stay open, and with no separate lock, our two year old actually ran out multiple times! We had to stack chairs in front of the door. The only redeeming quality of this place is the shuttle to and from SDC. I would not stay here again. It's a glorified multi unit motel that uses the name "resort".
