Beautiful but noisy stay

Room was clean shower curtain and shower need and big update. Property was very nice plenty of things to do. Staff was for the most part friendly they really push the timeshare. The only real complaint we had was they placed of family with 7 kids ages newborn - 6 years old in the unit right above us we couldn’t relax because of all the running and jumping we thought pictures were coming off the wall. Light fixtures were shaking. Called and complained once said nothing could be done until quiet time. Please be more mindful before putting a couple with no kids below a very large family of small children. We came to relax not hear constant running and jumping. That being said we would return very nice property and plenty of foods options on the property.

Room was fair in cleanliness. Thirsty’s open hours were never dependable. Refrigerator made horrible noises the entire stay. A faint scent of sewage throughout room 24/7. Lacked water pressure. The tv was not “smart” so no watching Hulu/Netflix/etc. upstairs residents ran back and forth and you could hear each time they moved. Pizza was tasty.

This place was amazing. We stayed a couple nights for our son's 5th birthday. The food at pizza world. 5 stars. The crust is amazing. It did storm heavy the second day but thats not on the resort. They texted after the storms passed and our son was able to take a cold plunge down the slide. We stayed in the 1 king size bed(room)w/ jacuzzi & electric fireplace. The beds and pillows were SO comfy. The jacuzzi hot tub was used a lot. Especially since the rain, it was so nice. I am currently pregnant with twins and the back & hip pain are intense. That jacuzzi tub was clean and so slippery because it was cleaned good. It was very very nice. Even the pull out bed was pretty comfy and thats saying something. The staff was so nice. Smiled, waved, etc anytime we passed someone on the grounds. Honestly one of the BEST places we have stayed at in Branson. We had the best time. Our room was quite, clean, and just a wonderful experience. We have already decided as a family that this place is on our list for "staying at again". I don't have any complaints. Personally. Some things other might hate on is a few tiles in the bathroom and kitchen were broken and loose but considering what all the resort offers and the sheets were clean, bathroom sparkling, etc. I dont find a few tiles as "end of the world" and with how many people they see. I understand. The carpeting could use a good cleaning (I do have a cleaning business in carpeting / upholstery in AR) so those things I notice more than ot

3rd stay and feel the same

The resort amenities (pools, lake activities, mini golf) are top notch, but the rooms are lacking. This was our 3rd try with this resort. The first 2 were in regular hotel rooms and our latest was in a 2-bedroom condo. Every room we’ve stayed in needs updated. The beds are your typical hotel bed. The carpet was not the cleanest and starting to get loose. It probably just needs to be replaced as well as the furniture and cabinetry and light fixtures made the rooms dark. I booked through hotels each time so maybe they save the better rooms for members or those that book directly with them. It was clean and we would stay again just for the amenities that are included. The Oasis pool is amazing. The lake activities and mini golf were fun. We love the food truck options and the ambience of the area.

Great time. Very fun resort.

The room was clean. The mini golf area could use some cleaning up and sweeping off, but it was still fun. Communication was good. Check in was good. The only thing i was disappointed in was the lack of information about when the docks closed. When I called after seeing the dock was closed (it was 5:30. It had closed at 5) even the front desk person said she only found out a day or so ago about the hour change. No one told us the hours at check in, nor did we see any hours posted anywhere. Not even at the dock itself. So we missed out on the fun water toys, as we didn't try to go to the dock until our last day. Other than that, it was a very fun time and we will definitely be back.

Fun family getaway

Good variety of activities (pools, 2 water slides, putt putt, kayaks, aqua cycles, paddle boards) and SDC shuttle was an appreciated benefit! Property is very pretty and peaceful and employees very friendly and helpful. The 2br with kitchen, jacuzzi &patio was well laid out and accompanied 4 adults, 2 teens 1 child well (the Murphy bed in livingroom was a pleasant surprise! 5 star worthy except for a couple cosmetic maintenance issues (painting outside of waterslides). Kids/Grands loved the property and our time together.

Carpets need to be washed.

Everything was great except the room we had the carpet had stains and walking on the floors made your feet black. Everything else was clean though. Staff was nice. Didn't do any of the amenities. I've stayed here before and this is the first time about the floors. I will come back and stay again.

The staff were all so nice! They really made us feel welcome. There was a lot for kids to do there although we did go on a very hot weekend so we didn't stay outside too long. I inlygot a standard hotel type room as there was only 3 of us. Next time, I would definitely upgrade because we could hear our neighbors a little too well. The rooms were clean and modern and the bedding comfortable. We would come back.
