Overall comfortable and nice views. Full size kitchen. Washer and dryer were helpful. However, No breakfast included, not even coffee or tea. Broken jet tub, silverware with soap residue in the drawer, a playground we weren't allowed to use because they set up a festival on that spot that was open bad hours for anyone who goes into town to do things and no one was allowed to use the playground unless the festival was running, no restaurants delivering to the area (15 minutes to restaurants and grocery at reasonable price), high priced restaurants and grocery on the property. Was given a long sales pitch upon arrival (while my kids waited to check in after a long drive) for a tour of a new building on the property with the promise of a $200 giftcard only to find out I didn't qualify because I didnt have a high enough income. We liked the comfort of the room, but wish it had been worth the high price tag for the amenities as a family with children of all ages.

3rd time to stay here. Location is great, and the kid loves the pool/hot tube. I like how close you are to the lake and having a balcony to chill on. Lots of options for food and fun just minutes away.

We absolutely love it here. It’s a beautiful resort. It feels like camp when you arrive the first night! We love Thirsty’s and pizza world! Heads up there is no travel size soap for showers! Small inconvenience for an overall great stay. I can’t say enough good things and will book here over anywhere else when we visit. Which is multiple times a year!

For the price, a decent shower head in main bath would be nice. The Oasis pool was not open during the posted times on the information sheet. Not enough seating in the condo. Master bathroom sink leaks. Beds were uncomfortable. Had to buy paper towel. Not many amenities in condo.

This was our second time visiting Still Waters in the Fall. The first time we stayed, we were in a luxury 2 bedroom condo and had an amazing stay. We were excited about staying here again this year and since we had less guest with us this go around, we chose to stay in a 1 bedroom luxury condo. Unfortunately, we were placed in an older building that had high presence of mold at the air vents throughout the condo. There were signs of previous water damage in the ceiling above which may be where the mold at the vents is coming from. The bathroom around the bathtub appeared to also have previous water damage to the baseboards and had a damp smell. We decided to leave a day early due to not wanting to be in this unit anymore. The property, events, and staff are always excellent with lots of family friendly activities to do. Our experience on this particular trip was overshadowed by the condition of the unit. We will be back in the future but will be more particular in what unit and or room we are placed in prior to arrival if possible.

Our stay at Still Waters was fantastic! They had so many included amenities that made the stay exceptional. The pools with the water slides were great, the free shuttle to Silver Dollar City really helped, and the free lake activities were so much fun! The staff, the room, and the onsite food options make this place one we will definitely return to during our next trip to Branson.
