No hot tube like it says there is. No way to reach the front desk seen some bugs in the room blankets looked like they had c** stains on them (both beds) the heater didn't work and it 17% outside and we sat there waiting to be checked into our room that I preschuled a week in advance and my room still wasn't ready till almost 6 . No microwave in the rooms and one ice machine in a completely different building then the main building .
