This placw was wonderful. It was my husband, 3 year old, 2 year old and myself at 9 months pregnant. Our kids had a great time. We had a great time and were able to create unforgetable memories. The pool staff were incompetent. 1 staff member was sleeping on duty. Guests had to forcibly take tubes from each other to make them give them up due to lack of availability & poor "traffic control" on slides. Otherwise, the hotel staff was friendly & hotel was clean. Breakfast ran out of some items midway through, but it was adequate considering it was complimentary.
