The water park is not what the pictures showed. Missing the kiddie section with the jungle gym and kiddie slide. Black mold in the pool locker rooms. The heater in the room either didnt stop running or wouldnt turn on. Dining options in hotel were expensive. The breakfast buffet was good but pretty standard now days. We will not be visiting again

The property as a whole could use a fresh coat of paint and the steps leading to the slide were very rusty, however it was a great time overall. The staff was friendly, helpful and accommodating. We will be back

We had a great stay ! The room was clean and spacious, the staff was friendly and attentive. The water park had limited hours so unfortunately we were not able to use. We would stay there again. Thank you !

Night staff front desk people were rude,room was dirty( chips and fries under dressers and desk) shower was broken, pool wasn’t what we expected and freezing cold, beds were hard as rocks, definitely will not be staying again

Not clean

Outdated bathroom with irregular water pressure and temperature. 8 day stay and not once was my room cleaned, i had to change out my towels by myself. Breakfast was a disgusting experience with 500 uncontrolled kids with hung over parents.

Overall, it was a great stay. We stayed for New Year’s Eve, so knew it could be busy and loud…and it was. Was able to deal with the craziness at midnight as it was to be expected. The waterpark was great and we enjoyed our meals from the snack shack. The continental breakfast unfortunately missed the mark. Muffins were ice cold, long line for the one waffle maker, orange juice was very watery, and not a lot of a selection available. The only positives were the scrambled eggs and plentiful seating. I feel they just were not prepared for the amount of people. We have stayed here before and will stay again.

I booked a party room for my son’s birthday party. When we arrived no one was helpful as far as where my party room was, who to talk to…nothing! On top of it I was being charged $300 for the party room/food (6 pizzas and 6 pitchers of pop). When I called 3 months prior to schedule this outrageous fee was never explained to me. They told me I would only be paying for the party room ($25 per hour) and $16 per pizza and $6 per pitcher So we had 2 hours in the room = $50 6 pizzas at $16 =$96 6 pitchers at $6=$36 Total $182 They wanted to charge me $50 for the room and $10 person we invited.So $350 for 25 people and that would include the 6 pizzas and 6 pitchers. Luckily the sweetest employee understood my frustration and that it wasn’t explained to me and refunded the $300. My final charge was what I was told at $182. When it came to getting our food however they said it would be delivered to the room along with the pitchers. The pizzas were there but no pitchers! I had to go get those myself. I’ve worked food service and customer service and I was not expected to be waited on hand and foot but I did expect to have it not be such a stressful day. It’s as if no one communicates anything amongst employees, no one knows what they are doing and no one was helpful. I will not be having another party at this hotel.
