Disappointed

Very nice apartment but, no notice until check in that there is no lift. We had no hot water, other than the shower for the duration of our stay. There was no mention in any details that you are immediately above what appears to be a soup kitchen for the local homeless. Who then hang around to shout and fight with each other into the early hours of the morning. If you are looking for a peaceful stay, and you're not a mountaineer, this is not the place for you!
