So I booked my vacation through Expedia and choose to go with this hotel because it looked very nice and impressive from the pictures shown on the site. Also it had a 8.4 rating which was one of the best In the area we were staying at. Once we got there I went up to the front desk and got checked in, the lobby area did look very nice and the front desk lady was great! I was under the assumption that booking with Expedia that all fees n taxes were included in the price as stated on the site when booking. To my surprise when I got there there was an additional fees added to the bill, first issue. Second issue was that the rest of the place didn’t look like the pictures, outside of the lobby area it had looked a good bit more run down and not kept up with and the building we were in smelled badly when entering. Third issue was we had order a premium room but the we got did not look like the premium room stated in the pictures, looked like the standard room pictures. I have pictures of everything and would very much like to hear back please and thank you!

Nice hotel, room wasn’t what I expected

The hotel lobby area was really nice, but the room itself wasn’t that nice, I paid for a premium room and that was not what was pictured on their website for the room I was supposed to be in. It’s very dark and dingy and looks old. For $135 I wouldn’t go back here to stay. Only plus is there is a shuttle to the airport that runs every 15 min

Building is starting to look a little dated but has been kept up well. Staff is very friendly and helpful. Shuttle was wonderful. Shuttle should offer a QR code for tips via zelle, cashapp, apple pay, etc. as many ppl now days do not travel with cash on hand.

Paid a lot and got the worst sleep. Hammering and circle saws started at 6am. Elevator alarm every time the doors opened. Both sink & tub drains broken. No exhaust fan in bathroom. Wifi kept dropping out. Ugh. Came here for an expensive room so i could get a good nights sleep and totally regret it.
