The receptionist was terrific but there is an odor in the room that is a potpourri type smell from the cleaning product. This is a toxin that I am sensitive to. The staff did everything she could to accommodate but the smell is in every room. It is not in the hall or bath, only in the room. I stay at Holiday Inn Express all the time and this was a first negative experience. Unfortunately, I booked with Expedia and was unable to cancel.

Hadn’t grabbed breakfast yet. I may have to depart before breakfast is served the room. I am in kind of smells like a slight urine smell or maybe it was some type of product they cleaned with that has an odd smell to it and that has bothered me and being on the first floor, I hear the noise from what I believe is in the laundry room, but the lady who checked me in she was awesome!
