The staff here were friendly & extremely accommodating. We made 2 requests that could have been denied & we wouldn’t have been surprised but they were graciously granted. The room was large, clean & nicely appointed. Breakfast was very good. I did wish they had a selection of teas other than black but that is a personal preference.

It's gone downhill
It was my third time at this hotel. First 2 were good - third trip, not so much. Had to switch to a new room as appliances were broke, then a maintenance guy walks in our room right as wife was getting out of shower. Neighboring room was smoking cigs in hallway. Breakfast was bad. Place just seems much worse than I remember from previous visits. Won't stay there a forth time.

I always enjoy staying at the Best Western Plus North Shore Hotel. The rooms are clean & comfortable, and the staff is always inviting and friendly. The breakfast is a nice touch too!!
