On the second night the alarm went off at 4:50 a.m. Had to walk down the stairs from the 11th floor outside into the rain and forty degrees. Then told it was a false alarm just on the 10th and 11th floors.

Room was okay... Upon entering the room, there was a cap to what appeared to be some type of hypodermic needle, hair in the bathroom, and a coffee cup ring on the counter. I reserved a King with a city view, when I arrived, I was told that there were only dbbls available, the front desk associate offered a wheelchair accessible room which I took. I've stayed at this property before and had a much better experience...
