Needs a refresh to draw people in. I do not gamble, but hotels in Shreveport are way overpriced. This was not convenient location-wise, but the price not so high. I thought it was fake pretentious with the decor and didn’t reflect shreveport/Bossier at all. It’s a Ceasar’s property and it made me think that I wouldnt want to stay at Ceasar’s in Vegas. A Lot of potential, but why bother. It’s Bossier City.

We loved the people. We stayed 3 nights and housekeeping never came. Same sheets. Same dirty towels. No trash bags. None! Bath tub not clean. We didn’t use WiFi or pool or order movies. Still had to pay for them. Everyone was friendly and helpful. Love them. Shampoo and little bit of conditioner. No soap.

The casino is amazing and the service is wonderful. Unfortunately the 24-hour music coming from the first floor can be heard even in the rooms on the 7th floor. We were staying on the very edge of the seventh floor and all night long where the beats from the drum tracks of each song playing in the lobby. We did not sleep at all. Other than that it was a great experience lol.

There were no towels in our room, there was hair in the tub, I received bug bites all over my back and legs from the bed, and the staff was rude. The food court was great! The staff in the food court were friendly and the food was delicious.
