I used this property as my base in Birmingham while I was attending an event at the NEC. It was so conveniently located the owners were so friendly and helpful that I wouldn’t hesitate to return to this lodging, should I have another event in Birmingham? The property has been recently updated. I really like the modern bathroom facilities.

A very pleasant change

I knew then single room would be small based on the photographs, but it had been carefully planned so that everything you need was there. It was perfect for a single traveller for one or two nights. The host was very helpful and welcoming and the breakfast was lovely. A very pleasant change from a bland chain hotel.

Great stay, needed a place to spend the night for an event at the NEC, and it was close enough to get a Taxi/Uber for less than a tenner. Host was very warm and welcoming, making himself very available for any extra requests necessary. Plenty of selection for the breakfast in the morning and what I had was very well cooked. Bedroom was comfortable, with the ability to alter the temperature to my liking, and a stylish bathroom. Would recommend anyone staying!
