The rooms are more outdated than they look in the pictures. The smell when you walk in and when you get off on a floor is overpowering. If you’re sensitive to smell this isn’t the place for you. Breakfast left room to be desired (no cream cheese for bagels, only apples, there was only one yogurt when we came down at 8am) however the food that was cooked like French toast sticks and biscuits and gravy were bomb! We had a dog but they never emptied the dog poop trash bin outside and so when we went to take our dog to the location there were at least 12 bags of random dog poop on the ground. Location is great though for being near things but we wouldn’t stay again.

Confronted in the lobby by outside company reps doing realty class. They were overly assertive towards me. The hotel clerk didn’t welcome me or ask if I needed assistance. I said I was checking in. She looked up my name and told me the room number. I had to tell her that we had a dog so she charged the extra fee. I had contacted the hotel previously to let them know we had a dog. The only toiletries were in holders in the shower. The shower gel was jammed in the holder and unaccessible. I went to the desk to ask for soap and was told they were out. Then she came back with a used shower gel pump. The towels provided were the bare minimum. The ice machine on our floor was out of service. We would have to go to the 3rd floor if we wanted ice. The website said there was a restaurant on site. The hotel clerk confirmed that there was no restaurant. The heater in the room was noisy. The pillows on the bed were not standard size. The breakfast items were minimal and the hot food was not available when we checked. It was a terrible experience.

The management at this hotel is obviously slacking. This hotel is not well maintained, and it is not clean. The employees are less than friendly as well. We had to ask for a, "Do Not Disturb," sign at the front desk as apparently no room has one. After departing the hotel, as I was preparing for this review, I noticed this policy..... "It is Hyatt's practice to enter any occupied guestroom at a minimum of once within a 24-hour period, even if a guest has requested privacy. Appropriate efforts are made to provide advance notice to the registered guest before entering an occupied guestroom." I would NEVER stay here again. If you do, you should not expect privacy, cleanliness, or friendly staff.

There was no housekeeping for the three days we were there. We had to go to the lobby for towels and toilet paper. To which they complained that we asked for two towels rather than the one they gave to us. We checked out early because this place couldn’t get it together. They also didn’t have a breakfast either. Even though they were supposed to have a daily buffet breakfast.
