This place is classic, beautiful and wonderful. The staff were beyond helpful and the food was perfect. Geremy was our server at Stickneys and he was perfect. Both nights dinner was amazing. The spa cost a little extra but was beyond worth it.

very disappointed with the greeting. the front desk acted as though it was an inconvenience to check in. no one was available or able to help clarify all the extra charges. it even costs extra $ to park… the hotel is out in the middle of nowhere and is already very expensive, so why do they charge extra to park? it’s not as though their is a public transportation option. seems so classless

horrible. there was work going on in the lobby load saws and hammering. Had I known this was going to be happening, I would have changed my day there. the from staff were not at all concerned about my distress. It was my first time there,I am a Omni elite member. very disappointing. So the 2 hours we had planned to sit in the lobby by the fireplace was a very miserable time. We were not offered any compensation for this inconvenience and disappointment. Word of mouth marketing is a powerful tool.
