Beautiful. Helpful and friendly staff. A bit disappointed in the state of cleanliness of the stairs by the ballroom as it was evident they had not been vacuumed in a very long time. Toilet in our room rocked back and forth during use. Missed all day long availability of complementary coffee and tea. Waited over an hour for our dinner while watching other tables come and go around us. Waiter was extremely apologetic and personable. Disappointed when the food did arrive as it was tepid. Was also disappointed in what felt like nickle and diming with regards to paying for coffee/tea, parking and full price for cross country trail passes. We have stayed on the other side of the mountain and enjoyed exquisite food, complementary coffee and tea all day, free parking and half priced trail passes with the same majestic view. Was considering another Omni in Arizona for April. Now reconsidering.

Beautiful property with lots of activities for kids. It's a warm, fun atmosphere where everyone is having fun. However the room was very small & the pool was in serious need of cleaning. Stickney's was good but Bretton Arms Resturant was not worth the costs at all.
