Nolicia is very friendly and accomodative. She allowed us an early check in since we arrived earlier than expected. Amenities close by and a very lovely community. Would definetly recommend.

The Room was nice and clean, bathroom had nice shower but the bathroom was very compact (Tight) when we arrived the Room was nice & cosy but about 2 hours later the radiator went cold and I didn't know how to switch the heating on again It was a very cold day in Birmingham so needed to have the heating on all the time but unfortunately we didn't know where to switch on Otherwise everything was Very good Thanks Would definitely recommend and will use again when I'm in Birmingham

It is a place I would be delighted to revisit on my next trip to Birmingham. The atmosphere was very peaceful, which I greatly appreciated. Entering the building was straightforward, thanks to the provided code. Throughout my stay, I had no need to raise any concerns with the host. The room was generously sized and equipped with an iron, tea, and coffee. Conveniently, there were food shops nearby: I had hoped to cook in the kitchen, but I discovered that I would need to have my own pot. There were no interruptions during my stay, and I valued the privacy. Regarding cleanliness, I would rate it a 9 out of 10, with some improvement needed in the microwave and toilet. However, the overall cleanliness was still "excellent." The host responded to my messages promptly, especially considering my late check-in.

A spotless, well-presented, well-organised place to stay, in a peaceful residential area. I even had tea, coffee and biscuits in my room! Ideal if you’re visiting the nearby university. I will be back!

Everything is super clean and newly renovated. Excellent for my needs in a short stop. Instructions and property descriptions were accurate. The bathroom is outside of the room, so keep in mind if you travel with children or need to access the facilities several times midnight.

The room we stayed in was spacious and had everything we needed for our stay. The personal touches that were in the room made our stay enjoyable. We were able to catch a bus very close by and there are shops where you can get food nearby. It served our needs perfectly!
