This was our third stay at Adagio Birmingham. Rooms are clean and modern. Kitchen is fully equipped. Stone throw from Bull ring and plenty of cheap parking around. Receptionist are helpful and always cheerful.

The room was very clean and stocked with cooking ware + utensils. All the staff were incredibly welcoming, polite and accommodating - we had a business meeting and asked if we can extend our stay slightly, which staff were happy to accommodate. Huge thank you to Linda who was especially helpful, engaging and polite. She definitely added a lot of warmth to the hotel.

Studio room on 6th floor. Good view. Nice clean tidy room. Had all you needed. Staff were very friendly and helpful. Car park was reduced to £5 overnight. Fab location for all city sights.

Room was great, bed comfortable, but did have minor decor issues (bathroom ceiling paint peeling off). Staff super helpful, friendly & professional. Didn't eat breakfast there - a bit too pricey! Didn't realise that we didn't get any cleaning services for our 3 night stay, until I asked about it. I think info needs to be clearer. Also didn't realise that deposit was per room & not per booking. Overall great stay, great location. Will stay again!

Firstly, the hotel is in an excellent location - near the Bullring, New Street Station, the Hippodrome etc. Secondly, the room was well-equipped, comfy and clean. And lastly, the staff were incredibly friendly, helpful and welcoming. I would defo stay here again!
