Bed was terribly uncomfortable. Room was okay. Love that they don't allow pets unless service animal. Hard to find hotels that don't allow pets. I have severe allergies to pet dander and its difficult to find places to stay. Our room was pretty clean and it did not smell like cat pee or dog.

Hotel needs to be updated , cleaned and painted . The rooms were aweful ,the lamps are rusted , the doors don't close , just run down and breakfast was not the best at all.but the staff wS absolutely amazing!!

Room was clean , however woke up in the morning only to find we had No towels 😬! I have stayed many times and this is first time it happened. I called the front desk and within 3 minutes I had my towels 😊

The staff were amazing and the breakfast was good. HOWEVER, the beds are NOT queen and are HARD. Walls are extremely thin, don't suggest a room by the office if you are trying to sleep in

When we arrived, the room was nasty. I had to clean the bathroom myself and had to go and buy new sheets and a comforter because the ones we had were stained and had hair on them. I messaged the front desk and then the manager messaged me back ONCE and she thought that she was gonna give me a $34 refund. And expected me to be OK with that. Not to mention, she wasn’t even responding back to my messages after the other were sent.

Room was ok but the light above the sink was flickering for about 5 minutes before it actually stayed on and the room had a funny smell. Sprayed some room spray and that helped. The beds were comfortable
