First off the Staff was great! Our hotel room was a nice size. The toilet ran all night long. The water had a very bad smell in the shower. On most days they only had about 2-3 elevators working out of 4. The day we checked out there were only 2 elevators working. we stayed on the 16th floor so stairs were not an option with all our luggage and age of people in our party. After waiting about 15 minutes me and my mother in law were able to get on an elevator going up so we could just ride it back down to lobby. After we got in the elevator broke and we were stuck in the elevator for about 5 minutes. We were able to get out on the 23rd floor. After we got out that elevator went out of service so now we are all down to 1 elevator. This was the worst experience i have ever had trying to get out of a hotel and to my car. Took us about another 30 minutes to catch an elevator to get to the lobby so we could get in another elevator in the parking garage which is not connected to the hotel. I like the proximity of the hotel to attractions but I will not be staying there again unfortunately.

Rooms were clean. We stayed in a room with a balcony overlooking the Gulf. We enjoyed the atmosphere. I would come back during the summer to enjoy the pool area and Paradise Park. I did like they give you a pamphlet at check in with hours for the restaurants, pool, and Paradise Park, when they would have live bands, etc. The only issue I had was a bartender on the 2nd floor. Seemed like she wanted to close early and was like she was pushing out us and others sitting at the bar even though they didn’t close for another 3 hours. We were just watching the football game and have a couple of beers, wasn’t being loud and kept to ourselves so I didn’t see what the issue was. We tabbed out and went up to the 10th floor and stayed there until 9pm. The bartender at Lost Key was super friendly so it made up for the rudeness we got from the other bartender.
