Was upset we had to sit in the lobby and wait till 3:45 to check in. There was lots of dogs roaming around which messed up my allergies so was sick the whole trip. Beds were horrible. Staff and food were great as always!!

Nice hotel, but disappointed in $28 additional charge for early check-in (1pm instead of 4pm), plus a "resort fee" of $20 on top of the cost of the room for one night. We didn't even use the pool, fun pier or restaurants. I will give Kudos to the manager who was kind enough to switch a room we booked through Expedia and didn't accurately describe the roo; it said 1 King and 2 twin beds in the King Family Suite, BUT failed to mention the twin beds were BUNK BEDS. All 4 of our party were adults. This is an ideal hotel for families with young kids, but wouldn't say for adults only.

Stayed in room #1211 …. Bed was old and way to soft, air worked good but mini fridge barely got cold enough. It had a huge ,clean shower , but sink was kinda stopped up. No microwave in room. Lighting was very dim in bathroom and room to do makeup. Shared Balcony/ patio was very big with lots of chairs and great view!( It was called a party deck).
