The kids loved all the games & rides on offer at Margaritaville. I don’t think our room was the cleanest. It was booked for 4 people & we got 4 wrist bands. In the bathroom we had 4 of everything except only 3 towels. The shower had many black hairs in it from the last guests & when my daughter went to bed there was only a bottom sheet on the bed & no other blankets to be found in the room. I called down to reception who said they will send some up. After over an hour I called down again & they quickly sent a blanket up. The restaurant choices seemed a bit old & dated but we did have an ok meal there. The servers in the restaurant were very friendly & helpful which made the experience nicer.

As per usual Margaritaville was a amazing place. The rooms are exceptionally clean and comfortable and the atmosphere is so relaxing. Plenty of things to do and great food.

We were hesitant to stay here again because our previous experience was disappointing. However, due to the timing of our trip and the affordability of the hotel, it was our best option. We’re glad we gave it another chance. This stay was a significant improvement from our last visit. Aside from the weather, everything was wonderful. Even with the less-than-ideal conditions, the pool and arcade provided plenty of entertainment for the kids, and our room was much better than the one we had previously. Overall, we had a great experience and are happy we decided to return.

Everything was really good, only problem I had we decided to eat at Margaritaville restaurant in last night and they say us at a table in the bar area, the bartender was way to busy at the bar to be waiting tables he was doing all he could do but they should just let the waitress or waiters tend to the tables.

Every staff member acknowledged us/ friendly/ food is very good/ drinks nice selection and good/ rooms big/ had 2 Queen Deluxe for 3 adults/ 4 grandchildren.. stayed 3 nights/plenty of room.. only negative.. rooms were ready at 2.. but couldn’t get them unless paid another 30$ each then were given wristbands to access pool area.. not great for families with young children who are there for pool/ slides.. 😞

Super friendly staff. Very family friendly, pool staff followed rules consistently. The room was clean. I am 5'2" and did not like the bed centered side table, as the knob was in the middle of the drawer. I almost had to get out of bed to open the drawer each time. The conditioner bottle was empty. There were no towel racks and I didn't think the large sink bowl was great for kids. There was more counter room on our cruise ship room for our bathroom items then in this bathroom. There was only 4 clothes hangers which is not enough. Seeing this is a swim resort I was expecting to see a retractable clothes line in the bath tub area. I even packed clothes pins. We had a vary spacious room and I enjoyed the furniture placement. The mini fridge was nice.

When we searched for Margaritaville Biloxi the original Google search brings up Margaritaville Casino Resort. There is NO CASINO. Upon our arrival, we ordered happy hour drinks and were charged full price until we ask for the happy hour price. The drink order was $14 and when handed a $20 bill the bartender asked if I wanted change. I absolutely believe in tipping well, but to ask for a tip close to 50% when I came to the bar seemed inappropriate. The building is laid out with numerous elevators, not all go to all floors or areas of the hotel. It was very confusing. Check in is on the 10th floor. We were constantly turned around.
