The staff was really nice and the pool was so clean and blue. We enjoyed our stay. The room just needed to be cleaned a little bit better. But besides that it was really quiet and peaceful there not a lot of people and the pool was enjoyable.

I am a singe white female coming in at 11:30 pm and was put on the very back unit where there were very few cars and I was afraid. Staff should have known better. There were local cars hanging around most of the time with someone in them doors open windows down. Also some people just hanging out was very afraid.

The staff was excellent but everything else was terrible. The room was in poor condition, there were no towels at the pool nor available to bathe with for my 2nd and 3rd day and housekeeping never came and cleaned my room. Very disappointing.

Everything was ok for what we needed it for. There was no remote in the room. I received a text asking if we needed anything from what I assume was the front desk. I let them know we did not have a remote and no other messages were passed, and we never got one. We did see a couple of bugs in the room that looked like water bugs, but we killed those. Overall, however, the room was clean.

Room was not clean at all. We were told we couldn’t get more towel (this is a beach front hotel and we stayed a whole week) floors made our feet black on the bottom right out of the shower. No basic amenities in the room. Hotel staff kept lookin in the room to see if we were inside.

“The room was not clean at all. We found dead and live bugs, including cockroaches. The place was also extremely noisy, so it was difficult to sleep. Breakfast was very poor—only muffins and coffee were offered. It was a very disappointing stay.”

Shower curtain looked like someone had either thrown up on it or it was poop. Under the microwave was dirty with some kind of dried up liquid, shower had hair on the tub and there was dirt and hair around the base of the toilet closes to the tub. Otherwise the room where the bedding was was clean.
