It was ok. The room was clean enough but the air couldn't be adjusted and it was too hot in the room. The casino is too tight.

Upon check in did not get a non smoking room like I booked and was told they had no non smoking rooms left. Due to my husband being allergic to smoke we asked for a full refund. They said it will take 5-7 business days. Then I was on a hunt for another hotel for 5 nights at double the price. Will never recommend the IP and will leave horrible reviews

Terrible room that had an odor where the staff had to come spray it daily. Had to ask for towels. No daily cleaning. Room was dusty. Was told I couldn’t stay on an upper floor which wasn’t true. I had no view at all. Not to mention the crazy parking and elevators.

I was told I couldn’t stay on an upper floor due to water issues. Not true because I saw others going to the upper floor elevator. My room stayed musty and funky the whole time and they had to come spray it daily. The room was dusty. I paid for an extra that wasn’t delivered. I won’t stay there again.
