We arrived to find our room very cold- 61*. There was a large section of water soaked carpet under the ac unit. I was able to turn the heat on for an hour. Which made the room more comfortable. Sandy floor in bathtub and shower water temperature was cool to cold. We were tired after a long drive. We notified the management the next morning of room conditions since we were very tired after a long drive and late arrival. Staff were very nice in spite of room issues.

I never ever will stay here again. The room was nasty. It wasn't clean. I had to change to a second room and that one still was not Clean. Nasty. Bloody tissues on the floor wasn't clean underneath. It was just it was a nasty place to stay. I would never stay there again, not with the experience that I had.

Although the staff was very friendly, the cleanliness of the two rooms (we had to be moved from our first room) was very poor. Unfortunately, we will not be staying here again due to this reason.

This was a terrible place. My husband was bit by a spider during the night and we had to spend the rest of our trip at urgent care. staff was not helpful AT ALL!! The room had an awful smell and was VERY UNCLEAN. DO NOT STAY HERE

The overall stay was decent. I didn’t like the smell of the room. I went and bought my own spray to change the smell. The toilets was soooo low. If you’re older or have bad knees, the toilets are not for you. Overall, it was a decent stay

The rooms doesn’t look anything like the pictures. My room pieces of the ceiling was falling on the desk. Carpet had stains. A few customers warned us about bed bugs and they left the hotel. I don’t recommend this location.
