There was no working heat besides a small space heater. No bunk beds as advertised. No electricity for the first two hours. Wet wood for the fireplace. No ply for the th to be plugged into so no tv all night.

We were really excited about going to the cabin but once we got there we realized we were placed in the cabin without a kitchen. When we called customer service trying to correct the problem… we weren’t able to fix the issue or figure out how we can maybe pay less since we got a smaller room. Then when we tried to shower the water was so cold, when we called the operator she said we will TRY to get ahold of maintenance to fix the problem, (which means there was a possibility we would be showering in cold water for the next 3 nights). Eventually we had to call from a different number to have someone tell us that the manager would be out for another week which means there was nothing we could do. We will not be staying there again.

It appears as though the furnishings were sourced from a garage sale around Bear Lakes, with items that seem outdated, low-quality, and mismatched. Unfortunately, this has resulted in a poor and unacceptable quality for the rooms, including the beds and other essentials in the cabins.

Rented cabin 9 through Expedia. Couldn’t park a car due to dumpster right outside the door. Near the dumpster was an old blue couch and tires but the back of the cabin was worse. At least 30 trash bags and old mattresses and bed frames. Seemed like all other cabins (except for 1) was available so I think they saved this one special to Expedia customers. Heater and water was too hot or too cold. Thermostat can be adjusted only by a tiny metal pin.
