Wind Creek Casino – Bethlehem, Pennsylvania – Customer Experience Review I visited Wind Creek Casino in Bethlehem, Pennsylvania for the first time yesterday afternoon, accompanied by my sister, who was considering hosting her husband’s birthday celebration there the weekend before Labor Day with approximately 75 guests. Unfortunately, due to the lack of fidelity and integrity displayed by the management on duty, she has decided to take her event — and the business it would have brought — to a venue in the Poconos. Customer Service Concerns: From the onset, the level of customer service we received was unacceptable for a hospitality establishment. Upon arriving to our room, we experienced issues that required management intervention. However, the only manager available — identified by Mary (a supervisor) as Rhonda — was unwilling to meet us in person. Instead, we were only able to speak with her by phone. Rhonda’s tone, demeanor, and bravado were harsh, dismissive, and completely disconnected from the mission and philosophy Wind Creek promotes. She demonstrated no concern for the patrons she is entrusted to serve, nor any willingness to resolve issues in good faith. Her lack of professionalism directly impacted our impression of the property and ultimately resulted in the loss of significant business. Room was not ready when we got there at 5:30(check-in 4) deskgirl said they would call us… never did. Went to the bar becuz we had no place to go… bartender was mildly attentive but seemed very distracted… seemed to favor certain patrons and ignored others …the person next to ask asked if desk person gave us free drink coupons since we had to wait… no she did not…so hubby went back there… he was told by a different person our room was ready and gave him 4 drink tickets… I wish people just did their job Had lunch at I think urban something in the hotel.. server was fabulous food was good

Awesome place

Walking distance from the musikfest Also felt safe getting to and from the hotel also the casino and stores were all inside the hotel very very nice. I loved it I rate this place a 5 star. Definitely recommend it.

My husband and I had a wonderful stay at Wind Creek Bethlehem. The staff members were warm and professional, our room was spotless and beautifully furnished, and the bed was exceptionally comfortable. We loved the thoughtful touches throughout the property, from the delicious breakfast to the peaceful common areas. Highly recommended for a relaxing and memorable getaway.

I was disappointed with this place. For being a 4 diamond hotel,I found quality lacking. The rug in our room looked like it hadn't been vacuumed recently. The pizza and pasta buffet was horrible and a waste of money. Lousy. Other than that it was acceptable for what it is

Not worth the cost of the room. After two hr. wait for room the wrong room was given. Extremely limited dining options, not as advertised. No pool available, due to renovations, never mentioned prior to arriving. Casino floor was dirty, stepped into gum. Disappointing experience.

I was very happy with the cleanliness of the room. When i requested extra blankets they were at our door within 10 minutes. We asked for our rooms to be moved to allow for our group to be closer together and they changed them with zero issues. We were pleasantly surprised when we were able to check in early. The complimentary drink at the bar was a great bonus, the espresso martini was delicious. The lobby area was a great first impression… very nice. The food at the casino buffet was nothing to write home about, we chose this hotel because we were going to a concert at the steel stage- the convenience to walk was perfect.
