Check in/out is a breeze. This has become our go to for quick day/night of relaxtion.outside heated pool connected to trails end is perfect for sun/ drinks/food and relaxation. Followed by hot tub and the comfiest bed/pillows ever.....always find something different to try/ do each time. Staff is amazing throughout the resort.

Trails End Tips Themselves (BEWARE)

Checked in on Sunday with my fiance and three young children. We went to the room and to the pool. I had to walk from indoor to outdoor pool to get towels. A family with about 30 minor children were sitting on the deep end of the pool. The parents were not watching the children. The children put the actual furniture that was around the pool inside of the pool. They had metal chairs in the deep end and shallow end that they were standing on, throwing, and playing with. It took for me to walk all the way back up to my room to call the front desk for security to come out and end the madness. The workers at trails end decided to tip themselves on two different food and beverage orders. This also happened two years ago when I stayed at the establishment. The room was mediocre. Around the pool was trashed and I only saw housekeeping go outside a handful of times to tidy up. For $200+ a night it’s better to just stay somewhere else.
