I don't usually write reviews, but given the high cost we spent for 2 nights and all the excellent reviews, I expected the resort to be much nicer than it was. The bed and pillows were rock hard, and it was so noisy I could barely sleep. Rooms were outdated and there was barely any hot water in the showers. Front desk staff was rude and basically laughed in our face when we asked for a late check out, as we had a 1 pm ski lesson. Hot tubs were either closed for cleaning or hadn't been filled with enough water. After the amount of money spent for 2 nights and 3 days of skiing, will not be back

We had a great experience at Bear Creek! From the moment we arrived, the check-in process was smooth and welcoming, thanks to the friendly staff. Our room was clean, cozy, and was the perfect setting for a family getaway. The convenience of staying right at the resort while enjoying snowboarding made our trip even more enjoyable. The staff went above and beyond to ensure we had everything we needed. We can’t wait to return for another amazing stay!

Like the ability to participate In winter sports & then walk right in for dinner. To be able to just relax in the room. One dislike was the room smelled a little like damp & specific concert smell if you know what I mean. Also in elevator had this smell.

Very polite and cooperative staff. Property is clean. Outdoor heated pool and hot tub are game changer. Excellent ski learning program for beginners. Instructors are super polite and attentive. It is a family friendly ski resort.
