The WiFi does not work anywhere in the hotel, the street outside is noisy as hell, the parking situation is awful and even worse if there’s an event. I would never stay here again, oh and massively overpriced.

We stayed at this property for a concert that was held in the PPL Center in downtown Allentown, PA. The valet service was very courteous and professional. It was nice being warmly greeted by the personel working the front desk. The location was key as the hotel has its own entrance straight into the PPL Center. There are plenty of food options right in the vicinity.

Hotel is attached to the PPL Center which made everything very convenient. I believe the hotel was fully booked for the day but the staff was very courteous and helpful and the hotel was quiet and clean. Would definitely stay there again.
