Elevator was with water in the floor most of the time because of people taking elevator after coming from pool. Shower was dirty and with mold. On my second day in the morning i went to front desk to let them know i needed change of sheets and clean my room and when i came back from work at 10pm my room still the same, no one came to clean it up and to change duvet and sheets.

Our weekend getaway at Tru by Hilton hotels.

I would highly recommend this hotel to anyone I know. The hotel room was extremely nice and clean, also very spacious. This place has it all wether inside the hotel or right around the area. My wife and I had an amazing time and stay, the staff was incredibly welcoming as well. Wether it's for business or pleasure, you cant go wrong staying at the Tru by Hilton. We will be going again, thank you for making our weekend getaway as comfortable as possible. The location is also great from spa's to beautiful restaurants all in the area. Definitely should pay it a visit.
