Third time wasn’t a charm

This stay was horrible. AC wasn’t working. Door wouldn’t lock, Beds were very uncomfortable (lumpy mattress) second bed was very wobble. No trash can in the room. Light covers were very dusty. Complain and was told place was booked, but clearly had a sign for discount renting. I was in room 225

Go somewhere else.

This place was a dump. They placed us on a floor that was having construction done. It was a mess. We only needed to stay for 2 nights due to moving out of state and upon arrival the hotel.com booking didn't communicate properly with their system. They charged me double for a room I had already paid for. The next morning we stepped out and came back to all of our belongings removed from the rooms and when staff was addressed about it. The goblin at the front desk was very unprofessional, rude and should not be the face of customer service. We had asked for our belongings where she led us to a closet where our food and stuff was on the floor. I said how does anyone operate a hotel like this she proceeded to say that she has bills to pay and no one asked for us to be there... Well that'll be the last time we make that mistake that's for sure.

Room 230 had bed bugs. Smelled like marijuana. Very noisy all the time. Was not there much (only for work) came back after working double shift and locked out of room and accused of damaging toilet and accused of having someone else in my room with me doing this damage. Was never called, never notified, nothing. They gave me another room for the rest of my stay but this experience was absolutely TERRIBLE.
