Disappointing.

Everything was going well until I pulled open the bed cover to dirty sheets to include hair and crumbs. After that I didn’t sleep well as I had to sleep in the other bed which seemed clean and the AC was loud and made a vibrating noise all night. There were also people in the hall being very loud up through 1 am. When I told the hotel about the dirty bed I was not offered any compensation. Breakfast was mediocre.

Beautiful open design, friendly staff, spacious room, comfy bed, great walk-in shower, nice salt water pool and exercise room. Really not much more you could ask for and at a very reasonable price . 5 stars

Multiple flags for this hotel. One of my rooms had some kind of bug in it which front desk said it was a beetle looking bug. Room service never came and cleaned rooms. I ask for more towels never got them. I had four rooms and ask for late check out. They told me I had to wait to see how many late check outs there were first and only gave me a late check for one room under the room and not the last name on all the rooms. Morning front desk person seemed very bias and seem to be very nice to her color of skin. Would I choose to come back NO would I recommend maybe depends if other hotels are booked. I figure if I’m spending lots of money i deserve same nice and friendly gesture as the rest.

The person's above us made a lot of stomping noises in the early evening and at 2:30 a.m. Kept us from having a restful night's sleep. We wound up having to stay the next day due to fatigue and unable to continue on our journey. However the manager Kendra was super! She gave us a different room for the second night and we slept very well. She is very welcoming and quickly helped us out. The noise was the only negative. I am an Honors Member and when traveling stay at Hilton properties.

We had won tickets to the Crayola Experience and decided to make a weekend trip of it. We chose this hotel after reading really good reviews on Expedia, and they did not disappoint. Clean rooms, clean lobby, clean pool area, good amenities, and great daily free breakfast. Would stay again and also recommend!
