The room was as nice as advertised. That seldom happens. The room was so spacious, i was on the bed and my wife was in the bathroom and she couldn't hear me calling her name. The jacuzzi was excellent. We had a real fire going. And they arrange the room for adults to enjoy their time extravagantly. We're definitely going back.

Staff was very rude. He was Indian I didn't get his name. He denied me the bathroom upon arrival, and he was certain that I didn't have a room reserved when I did. He also didn't give us a fire log to burn. He said they didn't set that up, and I was looking forward to the fire place. While checking in he also was rude to a customer on the phone, they said the heat wasn't working good. Should not be at the front desk, let alone working for your company at all.
