Clean room, good breakfast. Not really near anything. I accidentally book this instead of Holiday Inn near the train station. It was non refundable and they would not do me a courtesy to change it despite me calling same day. Completely my fault but it would have made me feel better about IHG hotels.

The room and bathroom were very clean. The breakfast was lovely. The staff were all great too. We had an issue with the radiator in our room, it was very hot and we couldn't adjust it. We spoke to the receptionist and she offered us various options but we were tired so said we see what it was like. The following morning we spoke to them again and within 30 mins they had replaced the valve. Can't fault them. Would stay again.
