Relaxing stay for a long weekend. Great location for walking around Belfast and picking up public transport. Good size room and lovely rainfall shower. Shame the breakfast is so expensive but otherwise great.

Friendly staff, very clean room, dining facilities convenient and good choice of food. TV didn't work in our room but you don't go away to watch TV! Ryan offered to move us to another room but we were happy to remain where we were. Area around the hotel is undergoing a good deal of positive renovation but don't let that stop you from staying there. They also offer a safe place to store your luggage after you check out so you dont have to carry everything around when you check out. This is a free service. All in all a relaxing stay. The hotel was in the middle of a road construction project and I would check to make sure that was completed before staying there again - it was very inconvenient. Front desk staff were great but dining staff could not keep up.
