We stayed in the hotel for 14 nights which is a long time, therefore we thought our room would be in a good location in the hotel and not in the back yard!!… and I my self from the first night, requested from the lady at the reception to put us in a good location as long as we are staying for a long period in the hotel‼️

The hotel’s location near the train station was very convenient. The reception staff were friendly and very accommodating. We appreciated the body wash and shampoo provided, and the breakfast was good. Overall, we really enjoyed our stay. The soundproofing could be improved, as we could hear people talking and laughing in the corridor. Despite this, we still had a pleasant stay and would recommend the hotel.

Absolutely fabulous..the best check in we have ever had. Ashton was so helpful and friendly. Free drink on arrival and an early check in. Room was spotless and had everything we needed including branded toiletries. Bar staff and restaurant staff were lovely, always greeted with a smile and nothing too much trouble.

This is one of my favorite hotels. I have stayed here twice. The staff is friendly, rooms are clean, spacious, and the hotel restaurant is welcoming. While the gym is small, you can get a great work out in!

A great experience right from the start after being checked in by Kara who told us about the fabulous and nearby Christmas markets. Also had great service from the staff in the bar. Room was exactly as expected
