We paid 20 pounds each for breakfast at the hotel restaurant and the food was cold. It wasn't just 'not hot', it was actually cold. We ate at 10:30am on Saturday 1 March. The staff were lovely and accommodating, and they seated us promptly. The food even tasted quite nice! But it was cold, and there's no getting round that, unfortunately. I didn't say anything at the time as I was quite hungry and couldn't have faced a delay in having breakfast. But my wife and I were very disappointed. Oof.

Due to stay for a first time away from our 11month old baby as a birthday treat. Unfortunately she got sick and was teething so couldnt leave her with anyone. Asked if the date could be moved considering the circumstance but was told it wasn't possible. Lost money, no birthday treat, not a great experience overall.

Faultless room with perfect view over the river and iconic harbour cranes. Vibes were slightly off in the restaurant/bar area. Probably just starting to get into the swing of the valentine’s evening.

Great place to stay,fantastic buffet service ,great view of the water lovely friendly reception staff very helpful to customers nothing to much trouble. My only concern was some not so not nice people in the neighbourhood of hotel area ,not the hotels fault but just be careful if out at night as with any big city you are always going to get idiots on alhchol or drugs .
