We have stayed at this hotel on a previous trip to Belfast and cannot fault it. Excellent location, helpful and friendly staff as well as clean and comfortable. We will almost certainly be booking again for our next trip.

It was very central for city. The sky did not work even after repeatedly asking staff to sort it which we paid extra for , the door cards stopped working every day and had to keep going back to reception to reactivate. Breakfast was very good.
