The staff was very friendly and helpful. We appreciated the little extras like water replenished daily, slippers, robes, and washcloths for American guests. The food for breakfast and in the restaurant was very good as well.

Bedrooms and bathroom was spotless. All staff were very friendly, helpful and a pleasure to talk to. Late check out was added to our stay with no problem. Breakfast was nice and after checkout we were able to store our luggage away in hotel lobby so we could enjoy the rest of our day out, and collected it again before leaving Belfast. Definitely will be returning here for many more stays.

My daughter and I travelled to Belfast for one night, staying at the Maldron city centre. We arrived at the hotel at 9.30am and asked them if we could store our luggage until the room was ready. Fortunately for us a room was ready and we were given our key. Our room was on the 12th floor. We had a superior twin room which was well equipped, spacious and spotlessly clean. The beds were comfortable. There was construction work going on outside the hotel but we never heard a thing. Would definitely recommend and return again.
