Staff were great. Rooms are needing freshened up scuff marks all over the walls our bathroom had an unpleasant smell when we first arrived due to stagnant water lying in the shower drain (not left by us) also smaller shower head looked like it hadn’t been cleaned in a long time. Was just a place for us to lay our head so didn’t bother saying to the staff about another room as we were only there 2 nights.

The staff was very friendly and helpful. We appreciated the little extras like water replenished daily, slippers, robes, and washcloths for American guests. The food for breakfast and in the restaurant was very good as well.

Bedrooms and bathroom was spotless. All staff were very friendly, helpful and a pleasure to talk to. Late check out was added to our stay with no problem. Breakfast was nice and after checkout we were able to store our luggage away in hotel lobby so we could enjoy the rest of our day out, and collected it again before leaving Belfast. Definitely will be returning here for many more stays.
