We arrived at 1830 and were not able to be seated at the restaurant attached to the hotel at any time for the rest of the night. There were many restaurants in the area which also could not seat us. We ate pizza in our room. It was disappointing. Make your dinner reservations early.

The room was very nice, clean with everything we needed. The reception/check in staff were amazing especially Jamie-Leigh, she was really friendly and helpful. Location was excellent for walking around the city center. Close to shops and restaurants. Would highly recommend and next time we are staying in Belfast we will be booking here again!

The breakfast was a nice change from an "all" buffet to having a choice of a hot breakfast from a menu and everything else as a buffet. Staff was very friendly and helpful.

Checkin staff was cranky. Many many unexpected works being done on property. Breakfast was awful. Room service is limited. One of the workers walked into my room with the do not disturb sign up while I was showering. Unacceptable!!! Manager was apologetic after the front desk staff was dismissive at best when informed. Good location and very large rooms with high ceilings were the only positives. Not worth the price at all. Disappointing to say the least.

Was very hard to locate the hotel entrance in the dark and rain. Quite a maze to get to the room woth all our luggage. Was clean and quiet. Staff were lovely.
