Near central to city shopping( within short walking distances), choice of bars restaurants close by. Staff were friendly and helpful. Only disadvantage I found personally was that there were no cash payments everything was card only payments. Rooms were good and clean, food was lovely.

Clean, spacious and in a great location

I've had a wonderful experience. The room was spotless, with a great shower, incredibly comfortable and spacious beds, and surprisingly quiet despite being on a busy road. The location was perfect—within a 15-20 minute walk of all the best bars, restaurants, and attractions. The staff were incredibly helpful and friendly, going above and beyond by holding our luggage both when we arrived early and after we had checked out. Their hospitality made our trip even more enjoyable. Overall, I was very happy with my stay and would absolutely return without hesitation. Highly recommend!

Great hotel

Great position in Belfast lovely hotel room good size, beds very comfortable. Only thing I would say is one of our towels had stains on them but took to reception and changed with no issues. Staff very friendly. Perfect hotel for a night in Belfast

Great city centre hotel

The hotel is within walking distance of the train and buses and lots of cafes, restaurants and shops. The room was clean but the pillows were very hard and couch uncomfortable. There was a strong smell of cleaning fluid especially in the lobby which was unpleasant. The breakfast was lovely and the staff friendly.

Well located but dirty feeling room

For a 4 star hotel, was pretty disappointing regarding room itself. Stained carpets in the room, cracked tiles in the shower, black spots (not sure whether mold or something else) in the bathroom. Felt gross walking around room without shoes on. Staff was nice during check in and hotel location is walkable to many of the city sights.
