A very clean and spacious room. Soft bed and pillows. There was rowdy people and cars heard outside late at night, but the Hotel csn’t be found at fault for that. Reception was a dmooth and pleasant experience also.

Staff were friendly. Room was okay - a bit tired and the bathroom was dated. I was given an accessible room which I had not requested. There was a constant buzzing noise and no way of adjusting room temperature.

The staff were very friendly and helpful, at check-in/check-out, breakfast and the bar. The room was well appointed and comfortable. I had stayed previously and they had various parties going on (it was over the Christmas period) and it was quite loud. The hotel again had parties on both nights I stayed this time, but it was actually quiet and I was able to sleep very well, so was very pleased about that. The only point I thought was a bit cheeky was automatically adding a 10% service charge at the bar. I don't mind service charge if there is table service - but when I'm walking up to the bar to be served like any old pub, an automatic service charge is somewhat taking the ...mickey.

Worst hotel I've ever stayed in and won't be back! The Service was shocking - Staff was low and rude The toilets were absolutely disgusting.. I have numerous photos of proof. The prices - my god you would need to remortgage just for the night out!
Pants off and on the floors even when explained to the staff they were in these conditions they were not cleaned nor tidied
There was also a toilet and cubicle filled with sick that couldn't be pictured or there would be more vomit lol
