Pathetic customer service. Initially had to wait 90 minutes for our room, when we finally got it we were sent to the wrong room. We waited a further 45 minutes for the suite and had to go ask if our room key was ready as staff weren’t in any hurry to help us. Room wasn’t clean, dirty floor and things in the drawers, we had 1 robe between the 2 of us and 1 towel. We didn’t have toiletries or the “luxury’s” that was supposedly included and before we went to sleep we had to remake the bed as the sheets weren’t on. There was also silverfish crawling on the sink and floor of the bathroom. A valuable item also went missing and the staff have been more than useless in their approach, if they had of reacted when the item was reported it would have been found as we gave the exact location it would have been in. I was assured 100% by a manager that in his time working at the Clayton there had never been a theft and that the housekeeping staff would 100% find the item as it was in a drawer and they do drawer checks between each guest (which based on the cleanliness is a lie). I have rang 30+ times for an update and have been told i’ll be “called back”, I am still waiting for this. If you value your peace and want to feel safe during your hotel stay DO NOT stay at the Clayton Belfast.

My hotel of choice when staying over in Belfast. Every time I stay here, I get a clean and comfortable room. The breakfast buffet is always really good too. Best of all are the people who work here. Always really friendly and helpful.

We paid for a deluxe double. The bedroom area was fine. Bed was comfortable. However, the bathroom wasn't very modern. Not all of the bathroom items were refilled and bathroom was a little dingy. The hair dryer did not work. The lobby is very inviting and staff were friendly and helpful. Was really helpful to be able to store luggage in the reception area after checking out.

The hotel lobby, restaurant and lounge are exquisite. The rooms leave a lot to be desired. They are befitting 2-3 stars. Showers barely work. No true tiolet paper holder, just one end of a broken one. Rooms are small. After spending time in the Dublin location, this one was a sad disappointiment
