This home is perfect for entertaining and enjoying an amazing beach vacation with your friends and family in beautiful LBI. This brand-new construction is located one block from the beach and located in a very walkable area of Surf City with restaurants, shops and miniature golf nearby. This brand-new home features five bedrooms, 4 ½ bathrooms, 2 car garage, elevator, pool (open seasonally and can be heated for an additional charge), outdoor kitchen, TV & firepit and has over 3,500 sq ft of interior living space and offers first floor of living as it has been built above flood. As you enter the family room/entertaining area you will be greeted comfy seating with a beautiful wet bar with wine cooler and built in TV and fireplace. A extra large dinning room table is perfect for family/group dinners. Outdoor covered deck extends the living space. This floor offers a half bath and the primary bedroom with walk-in closet that have been outfitted with custom drawers, shelves and cabinets. The main bath is large and spacious with a walk-in shower and double sink.

The 3rd floor of the home offers four additional bedrooms with TVs. The second primary includes a queen size bed, private bath with walk in shower. Two separate bunk rooms are perfect for kids or a family to share. One bunk room includes two sets of twin bunk beds. The second bunk room includes full over full bunk with twin trundle bed plus a Queen size bed. The fifth bedroom has a full size bed and dresser.
