Great room. It was huge and accommodated me with my handicapped elderly parents. Hallways and room smelled wonderful and clean. Only negative on my end was that casino had smoking environment. Other than that, was a great stay... and we won at the machines!

Breakfast was a disappointment. Not sure if it was available as Buffet but certainly didn’t want to pay $50 a person. Only other breakfast option..Beignets & coffee. No simple eateries, $50/person buffet & 2 others. Check-in was fast, friendly & easy. Room was clean. One of the slats in blind was broken. There was a crack in the bathroom sink. No brochure with listing of eateries available in casino. The casino uses excellent smoke removers. Good variety of slot machines & minumum amount to play. The staff was friendly, helpful & happy to answer your questions. Easy beach access for walks on the beach & enjoy beautiful sunsets! Rates vary based on day of week & time of month.

The room was dirty, and many metal surfaces were rusted. The hotel plays music outside through speakers 24/7, which disturbs the guests. When I asked to change rooms, staff said they couldn't and claimed I was staying the farthest from the speakers, which was untrue and spoken ironically. The casino area smells of cigarette smoke and air freshener. I recommend avoiding this location.

Cafe food was superb with generous portions at reasonable prices. Facilities and rooms clean and spacious. Steps from the beach. Other area casinos pay better for longer play time.

Lack of supplies, basic supplies such as hand soap to use after toileting (unsanitary) the only soap was in the dark shower. I texted for supplies (coffee, creamer, sugar, cups, Kleenex, toilet tissue) which were not delivered until I call back the next day to inquire!! The internet connection and/or services were TERRIBLE. This is IMPORTANT as a work from home employee.
