Parking includes a single lock-up garage suitable for standard-sized vehicles. Please note the garage has a low ceiling clearance and will not accommodate larger SUV-style vehicles.



A second parking space is also available; however, this space is quite confined and is best suited to a small car.

The apartment is well positioned for guests who enjoy leaving the car behind. It’s an easy, flat walk into Batemans Bay town centre, where you’ll find cafés, restaurants, shops and the waterfront.

The Catalina Club is also within comfortable walking distance, making it easy to head out for a meal, drinks or entertainment without needing to drive.

For exploring the wider South Coast, a car is still useful. The apartment includes one allocated parking space suitable for a standard-sized car, and lift access is available within the complex.

- This property has been designed with quiet adult stays in mind and is best suited to couples or adult guests looking for a relaxed getaway.

- Unfortunately, due to the nature of the property and quiet residential complex, it is not suitable for children.

- We do not accept schoolies bookings, and the property has a strict no-party policy. Parties, functions, gatherings and excessive noise are not permitted at any time.
