Loved the upgrade to the studio, which was clean, nice and spacious and well equipt. only downside (small one) a bit of road noise from the adjacent road. Enjoyed my stay in the Bay, thank you again.

carpet is old and a bit dusty. Slight noise from busy road. Nice view if on river side. Pleasant staff. Good parking. A bit of a refurb and it would be great.
