Very clean, and I’m picky, I was head of house keeping at a hotel for years. Loved the room, position is amazing. Short walk to beach amazing food, and the supermarkets.

View was great! The bed was and bedding, not so great. Stiff scratchy sheets that felt bumpy like the mattress covered was piled. Had to sleep on top of bedding.

Had waterview room that was very comfortable. Balcony overlooked the bay and room was quite large and bathroom updated and had all amenities. There was undercover secure parking and a lovely club just across the road that was zero dollars to join and receive discounts of drinks etc. Had an excellent meal there and 2 second across the road back to the hotel. Would definitely recommend for anyone staying at Batemans Bay. Can't beat it.

A great room with an amazing view! Even though it’s by the road, it was very quiet and peaceful. Very comfortable bed and nice lounge. My room had a wrap around balcony and it was a pleasant surprise.
