I've stayed here before and it was way better than now. Really gone downhill. The whole place smells like doobie, and people are obviously smoking in rooms. Waited 10 mins for a front desk clerk, called the number provided three times with no answer. No apology, no welcome. The scabbiness and indifference isn't worth the twenty dollar saving. Go somewhere else, it's getting dire here.

The first room stunk like smoke. They moved us and the room was eh. The remote for the tv was missing, hot water was scarce, lighting was dim. And after it was too late did I realize people were living there. It should be advertised differently. It’s not just a hotel. Never again.

Pillows are old and flat. No life left in them. We had a jacuzzi in the room but only two bath towels. Consider more towels and shower. Breakfast? No decaffeinated coffee. So the room was nice bed comfortable air-conditioning good tv good floors clean thanks for the dtay.shoshower.

The room was well below standards. The bathroom was filthy. The garbage can had something splashed up the outside of it. Hardly could get through the door had to ram it with my shoulder as it’s been kicked in and fixed. Zero hot water at breakfast. The staff were however very friendly.

We checked in and the staff were great. First thing was the light in our room didnt work. We called down and they put a light bulb in. Next- my friend and I were checking the bed and what not for bugs. My friend found her pillow and head board to be sticky. We called down again and they came up to check it out. They looked at it, found that it was sticky and asked, "what do you want us to do?". Not in a nice way, in a "this isnt our problem way". He got us a new pillow and cleaned off a head board. The final straw was the toilet did not flush and there was no water in the tank. Maybe we got a bad room on a rough night for the manager. Horrible experience, Id recommended other hotels in the area.
