Even though this place is clearly old and outdated, the man doing check out and breakfast went out of his way over and over for us. Clearly a customer service centered person.

The place had a funny smell as soon as you walked into the bedroom. When we looked out the window there was chairs in the grass and garbage around the facilities. The pool and vending machine was broken. Toothpaste was all over the mirror and the toilet was not flushed from the previous users. It did the job, but I fear we will not be back.

Fairly priced, but nothing too special about this hotel. Area around the hotel is poorly maintained but the room itself was clean. Also friendly staff at the desk. Breakfast is included but rather simple: a toaster, peanut butter, jelly, boiled eggs, yoghurt, milk, cereal and coffee/tea and fruits like apple bananas and oranges. We missed the cheese, ham, bacon etc but well.. you get what you pay for. People book this hotel mainly for the nearby waterpark. We used it to avoid the very steep hotel prices at Niagara Falls which is about 1 hour drive from here.

An accessible (ADA) room should have a raised toilet seat. Grab bars help to get up but the seating is hard to do. Also more trash receptacles advised

We arrived at 11:30 pm after a long drive. I enjoyed using the hot tub and had a good rest before checking out the next morning after breakfast. I noticed the reception desk was often unattended — a service bell could make it easier for guests to reach staff 😊. It would also be great if bed sheets were refreshed more often, and if rooms that remain unoccupied for some time were aired out for a fresher atmosphere.

Not bad for a quick stay.

Rooms were clean, door on the bathroom was difficult to close and the vent fan did not work, lights also flickered and didn't want to turn on occasionally. Did have cigarette and marijuana smells in the hallway. The complimentary "breakfast" was pretty limited. Toast, bagels, hard boiled eggs, cereal and yogurt... But at least there was coffee. Weird red/brown stains on our walls in the room. But the AC definitely worked!

There was mold on the one bed skirt in the room we stayed in. The fan in the bathroom was broken it got extremely hot when taking a shower. The mold on the bed skirt was reported to the front desk staff and they had nothing to say except “we will take a look”. No apology and attitude was clearly given as if we were being rude to them. I presented pictures and would love to share them.

Appreciate the friendliness of the staff. However the service wasn't great. We had to ask for fresh towels a few times because the linens were not changed in the 5 days we were there. The breakfast was nothing to write home about but it was ready and hot when needed.
