Great stay in Bartlett

We had a great stay in Bartlett. The condo was beautiful, it was stocked with everything we needed, and the amenities on the property were really great. Great location of the condo in the white mountains!

Extremely disappointed - poorly equipped and dirty

We had quite a few things that we were not happy with. This ranged from needing some TLC to really a ‘deep’ clean. The plates in the cupboard were still wet from the dishwasher and at least 1 still had residue from a meal. The same was true of the knives in the Faberware block. The oven was dirty and needed a really good clean. The chairs by the dining table were filthy down the side of the cushions (photo to show this) as I discovered when I ran my hands alongside. We didn’t feel that the kitchen was very well equipped. It lacked a kettle and wine bottle opener (which we ended buying). There was also only 1 saucepan so again had to make do as best we could. The bedding sheets were marked and the microfibre sheets were extremely uncomfortable to sleep in. We had to swap the pillows from the bed upstairs as again those on the main bed were uncomfortable. On the plus side, we really enjoyed the benefit of the jacuzzi in the club house and found the staff there very friendly and helpful. The accommodation was quiet, though a bit further from North Conway than we realised but having a car didn’t pose a problem. Due to the issues highlighted we would not look to return to this accommodation nor could we recommend it. Having contacted the representative they did not address most of my concerns and blamed the lack of cleanliness onto 3rd parties who didn’t allow them 24 hours to clean. However, the issues highlighted were as result of a build over time.
