This is not a 4 star hotel by a long stretch. The price we paid for one night was not worth the expectation we were hoping for. Our room had food stuck in the head board of the beds which obviously kids had stuck in there. The maid clearly missed that so it grossed me out what else they could possibly miss when cleaning the rooms. The jets in the bath tub didnt work which was a huge disappointment since we had problems at the pool and booking the spa. All we wanted was to relax after a full day being on the mountain and we ended being more frustrated and drained than ever. The ad booking this hotel in the first place was very misleading. We thought paying the price we paid we would have access to the spa. No where when booking the room did it disclose the spa wasnt included but the description of the rooms made it seem like it was. We tried booking the spa (btw $70 per person for a 35 minute hydrotherapy session which is insane) and we kept being left on a answering machine and never got a phone call or email back to reserve. We gave up trying the spa and tried the pool instead. The pool seemed like it had more people than it could handle. When we tried to relax in the hottub, parents allowed there kids to splash and disturb other guests who were also trying to relax. Once confronted, they tried pulling off they couldnt understand English and kept letting their kids disrupt other guests. We didnt enjoy our stay at all and would not recommend.

We arrived at the hotel at 2:30 pm on January 1st. We carried all our luggage and stuff into the lobby and lined up for check-in. I knew that the check-in time was 4 pm and totally understood the room may not be ready. Then I asked for help to temporarily store our luggage because we didn't want to put everything back in our truck, especially since the weather was bad that day. However, the receptionist first said no to our check-in, then refused to provide space for us to put our luggage. I really cannot understand why such a big hotel cannot find any space for customer to store their luggage temporarily. I have been living in many hotels, and this is very rare! At the end, we had to take all the luggage, go across the parking lot on a snowy day. We have kids and a senior with us also. This is such a bad experience! What's more, there was no one trying to help us at all, not a single one! Besides, the receptionist told us the room would be ready in half an hour to one hour, and they would put us on priority and contact me once the room was ready. However, until 10 pm, when we returned to the hotel, I never received any call or message indicating that the room was ready. That's so ridiculous.

Overall, the hotel was clean. We booked a room with two queen beds, and the room size was suitable. There was the option to cook and reheat food in the room, but the mattresses were not very comfortable because they were too soft. During our two-night stay, the room was not cleaned, and this service was only available for an additional fee. The pool and hot tub water were warm and pleasant, but they could have been cleaner. It was a good place for a two-night stay to rest, by the way, the hotel restaurant did not offer breakfast.
